Robust materials make our Thermos® products reliable companions that will last for years to come. A promise we want to keep without compromise and back up with our THERMOS® guarantee.

THERMOS ITALY S.R.L. VIA CARLO FREGUGLIA 10, 20122, MILANO (MI), offers the following warranties to consumers for the range of THERMOS® products:

■ Two-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

■ Five-year warranty on insulating performance (except for ThermoCafé products).

For this warranty, “consumer” is defined as any individual who owns a THERMOS® product and has not purchased it for resale or for commercial or professional activities.

The warranty applies exclusively to products purchased in Italy and is valid from the date of purchase shown on the receipt. It is reserved exclusively for original end consumers, i.e., those who have purchased the product directly from the manufacturer, from a retailer, or from an authorized distributor.

In the event of a valid warranty request, Thermos may choose to offer a free repair, replacement with a spare part, or provision of a product of the same type. If the model is no longer in production, a replacement product as similar as possible to the defective one will be provided. No further compensation is provided.

Acceptance of a warranty claim does not extend or renew the coverage period and does not affect the warranty rights provided by law.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the product. It also becomes void in the case of faults or defects resulting from repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties. The following are excluded from the warranty:

■ Breakage of glass components or sensitive internal parts.

■ Parts subject to normal wear and tear, such as seals, caps, and lids.

■ Accessories like coffee filters, tea filters, and cleaning tools.

If, during inspection, the identified defect does not fall under the warranty terms, any verification costs will be borne by the consumer. Thermos is also not responsible for any risks associated with the transportation of the product.

Important Note:

The voluntary warranty offered by THERMOS ITALY S.R.L. does not affect the customer’s rights provided by the laws of the country where the product was purchased.
